All students need to arrive no more than 15 minutes before the allocated grading time. All students must be presentable in a clean traditional Gi with club badges, whilst hair and fingernails are to be kept tidy. No jewellery is to be worn. All students will present their licence, along with the grading fee. A student licence must be kept in-date, signed, and contain a recent photo.
