           Passing WYSOK 1st Dan, Being youngest ever 2nd Dan at previous club, Presented with            title of National Instructor at previous club.

Hopefully still at the Dam, I would really love to be wearing a red & white belt, suppose time will tell.

· When did you start Karate:- November 1992

 

· Why did you start Karate:- Friend asked if I fancied having a go.

                                                                                       

· What is your best memory from training:-                 

Will never forget the first time I did Tamashiwara (Breaking) tiles on fire and also the first time I broke 2 house bricks & a breeze block, was a fantastic feeling.

 

· Favourite Kata:- Hangutsu (Dan grade) Pinan Shodan (Kyu grade) Seiunchin (Open)

 

· Favourite Technique:- Kette Gyakuzuki (Gyakuzki is a fantastic technique)

 

· Hardest Grade:- WYSOK Shodan

 

· Favourite Grade:- WYSOK Shodan

 

· Who have you met that is famous:- 

TV Presenter called Amy Garcia. She has done quite a few things including CITV presenting etc. Went to school with her!

 

· What is your greatest regret:- Not starting at the Dam earlier.

 

· Words of Wisdom:-                                  

                 “There aint nothing ever going to hit you harder than life, it aint about how hard you hit its about hard you can be hit and keep moving forward, that’s what makes winners”!!
