Training Times:

 

 

Tuesday:          7pm - 9pm

 

Thursday:        7pm - 9pm

Dress Code:

 

A traditional black Gi (suit) must be worn with the correct belt for the grade you hold.

 

Club Gi’s (suits) and training shoes are also available.

Licence:

 

A licence must be held by every member, this is also your insurance.

 

This must be renewed every year, and must be kept in date.
