· Achievements in Karate:- Being able to compete to a national standard in Kata!

· What is your biggest ambition to come:- To compete in the world Championships!
· When did you start Karate:- March 1990
· Why did you start Karate:- There was nothing on TV after Star Trek (tng) on a Wednesday
· What is your best memory from training:- Jogging around the Dam with a “Welsh nutter” in charge. He kept stopping us so that we could perform Kata Tokyoko to any one who was just out for a country walk. We had to perform it over 30 times!
· Favourite Kata:- Seiinchin
· Favourite Technique:- Gyakuzuki (heavily under used)
· Hardest Grade:- 3rd Dan Wado-Ryu
· Favourite Grade:- 2nd Dan Wado-Ryu
· Who have you met that is famous:- Kevin Keegan & Kenny Dalglish (See 1980’s soccer legends), a variety of page 3 models (didn't say much, as I was too busy drooling), Gordon Kaye (from ‘allo allo’), Harry Kewel (footballer, - he got upset because I didn't know who he was, he actually used the line “don't you know who I am” I then proceeded to sell him a PC and he even bought the extended warranty for over 5 years hahaha - the fool), Richard Whitley & Carol Vorderman (Countdown).
· Who would you most like to meet:- Jet Li.
· What is your greatest regret:- Never finishing my Engineering / Maths masters degree.
