Learning German fluently.  Passing my advanced driving test (car & bike)

Getting someone to understand why they are doing particular moves in Kata.

 

· Job:- Service Engineer for Injection Moulding Machines

Hopefully doing less travelling on motorways!

· What is your biggest ambition to come:-

Seeing my children grow up.  I need to do some groundwork on this ambition yet...

          

· When did you start Karate:-

Started in 1986, but only lasted about a year.  Decided to start again in 1992 and found the Dam, been there since!

 

· Why did you start Karate:- Saw an advert in the paper and was interested.

                                                                                       

· What is your best memory from training:-                 

Winning the who can kick the ceiling competition against… Well you all know who!

 

· Favourite Kata:-

Jitte - Wonderfully nasty and brutal

Tokiyoko - This is the foundation for all Karate

 

· Favourite Technique:- Any wrist lock

 

· Hardest Grade:- 2^nd Dan Muchindo

 

· Favourite Grade:- 3^rd Dan Wado-Ryu

 

· Who have you met that is famous:-  Dawn French, Bob Monkhouse, Iain Duncan-Smith.

 

· Who would you most like to meet:- 

The winner from Miss Tall Brunette competition 2006.

 

· What is your greatest regret:-

You cant regret anything, you’ll never know if the other choice was the right one.
