· Hobbies / Interests:-

Besides the obvious, I like reading and I’m a bit of a quiz freak and making sandwiches for everyone.

 

· Favourite Food:- Cheesecake or if I’m drunk Indian, but if I’m sober I hate the stuff.

 

· Favourite Film:- Pulp Fiction or Quadraphenia, cant choose.

 

· Favourite Song:- One by U2

 

· Favourite Singer / Band:- The King, Bon Jovi, Guns & Roses, U2

 

· Favourite Book:- Any Harry Potter

 

· Dislikes:-  Door handles (especially toilet doors), liars, bullies & thieves.

 

· Achievements outside Karate:-  NVQ hairdressing & beauty, my daughter & son.

Everything I’ve done is an achievement, also surviving Hippy’s lesson’s

 

· Job:- Artistic food arranger (fancy sandwich maker in deli) and caterer

 

· Where do you see yourself in 10 years time :-

Exactly where I am today, just a bit older, a bit wiser and a few more Dan grades

 

· Describe yourself in 3 words:-  Short / Spiky / Bonkers

 

· What is your biggest ambition to come:- At this moment, surviving my 2nd Dan

          

· When did you start Karate:- 2001

 

· Why did you start Karate:- Cos Shian told me I had to and I daren’t say no.

                                                                                       

· What is your best memory from training:- Getting runner up to Student of the year

 

· Favourite Kata:- Kushanku

 

· Favourite Technique:- It’s got to be the Blue Belt combination

 

· Hardest Grade:- Red Belt as I didn't know what to expect

 

· Favourite Grade:- My Black Belt, I had finally achieved something that was recognised.

 

· Who have you met that is famous:- 

The Queen as I catered for her, Kim & Aggy (I catered for them as well)

 

· Who would you most like to meet:- 

The person who killed my cat, I’ve got something to give them…

 

· What is your greatest regret:-

My father-in-law not seeing me get my black belt, he would have been so proud.

Live life to the full, and always tell people you love, that you love them as they might not be here tomorrow.
