· Hobbies / Interests:- The usual I suppose, socializing, mooosik, my guitars Norman & Colin :-D
· Favourite Food:- Pasta, with jacket potato (all mashed together tis lovely!)
· Favourite Film:- The Crow or Cool Runnings but I also like people under the stairs!

· Favourite Book:- hmmm of Mice and Men
· Dislikes:- Bullies there is no need for them, or people that stick their noses in things that arnt any of their business
· Achievements outside Karate:- My leki guitars, I got my gold Kittykats badge for Gymnastics, achieving my A-C GCSE’s, nearly completing a 3 A-Level course without having to quit Karate or even cut back on it!
· Achievements in Karate:- Hmmm being the first ever junior 3rd Dan at the Dam, woooo me and being only 15 when I took it! Still being here after 10 years, 2nd Dan Bo-Jutsu, 1st Dan Iai-Jutsu, 1st Dan Kama-Jutsu and my senior 1st Dan. Student of the year, Champion of champions in weapons, Gold medals for Kata in tournemants and winning many trophies in competitions! Having the best set of yellow belts any black belt could wish for, had 4 1st clas passes so far with them :-D
· Job:- Working at the Deli and babysitting.
· Where do you see yourself in 10 years time :- Working my dream job, having loads of money and laidon a beach in Australia
· Describe yourself in 3 words:- Amazing, Incredable and Bloody Fantastic!
· What is your biggest ambition to come:- To go to Australia and travel.
· When did you start Karate:- 1997
· Why did you start Karate:- Well, I’m not going to lie, I cant sing and I cant dance, so yeah I chose to do Karate.
· What is your best memory from training:- Erm, getting my 3rd Dan I think or me and Gem making the Time Warp Kata because the look on Hippy’s face was priceless.
· Favourite Kata:- Hangutsu.
· Favourite Technique:- Mawashigeri
· Hardest Grade:- 3rd Dan Wado-Ryu
· Favourite Grade:- 3rd Dan Wado-Ryu
· Who have you met that is famous:- Rooster and Will Frances from the band Aiden, got a kiss from him, actually got a few, bullet for my valentines lead singer Matt Tuck and the lead singer of protest of hero (he was a wiered guy just keptalking to me I was like oooookay then, go talk to your adoring fans, but I aint one of them)
· Who would you most like to meet:- Bon Jovi of course or the guys from Supernatural
· What is your greatest regret:- You should never regret anything you do, because at one moment in your life it is exactly what you wanted to do!
· Words of Wisdom:- As we grow up we learn that even the one person that isn't supposed to ever let you down probably will, you will have your heart broken probably more than once, and it gets harder every time, you will break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken, you will fight with your best friend, you will blame a new love for things an old love did, you will cry because time is passing too fast and you will eventually loose someone you love, so take way too many pictures, laugh way too hard, dance like no one is watching, sing like no one is listening, love like you have never been hurt, laugh when you can, apologize when you should and let go of what you cant change, love deeply and forgive quickly, take chances give everything and have no regrets, lifes too short to be unhappy, you have to take the good with the bad, smile when your sad, love what you got and always remember what you had, always forgive but never regret, people change and things go wrong, but always remember LIFE GOES ON!
